I like this emblem quite a bit. A ship's wheel typically has spokes going through the middle; is there a way to incorporate this and do away with the globe background? Could you also make the "handles" on the wheel a little larger? I like the gold gradient that makes the logo appear to "shine," but could you make the gold a little more yellow?
