Ok I don't want the white border so I will avoid background with the red or black, So will this one will work?

It depends if you want a white border then I will take it back . It is needed especially if you want to stay the logo on its original colorfrom the white background and if you choose a background same color in some parts of the logo then it looks invisible like background is red, then some parts of logo which is red color looks invisible . So the white border is advisable. But if you want the logo to be switch to other color if applied to other background then , no need for a white border.

If i transfer it to a gray or red background will it have a white border like 385 or will it be like 428?

Does this logo have white border around it or is it just the color of the background.

Please check my revisions. But if we remove the white borders , we will going to shift the colors. Like when its black background, the black color of the logo will switch to white, in red background, the red color of the logo will shift to white. Hope that is okay?
