The hedaphon look to much like a "call center" one. You will aldo need to give more personnlity to it in order to make from this icon a real differenciating facto for my brand.
About the text: the graduation goes to dark from my opinion. I also trust that you can perform some change about the fontstyle Event if I like the "round style" I think it is to simple and not enough in line with the Idea of rafined.
