Yes, the main thing is concept. For the website you shown, I/you need to play with the right proportions (icon/typeface part) to fit the header properly.
Also, so you know, the logo needs to play well when using vertically and horizontally since different identity items require different logo orientation. For example for website the horizontal logo is preferred, for banner/poster a vertical one, for business cards and apparel it varies.. So, I produced the proposals shown in two options. Also a plain version submitted to appreciate how this particular logo could be used without color for example. So it needs to be versatile in use.
I also suggest you to stick to the consulting tagline and use 'business transformation' as a slogan which is not a part of the identity block. It's pretty big in size, especially when you use the logo in small dimensions.
