I like this a lot more but I find that the eye thing with vision is a tad obvious. Sorry. subtlety is key for me. I do love the lettering but remember I did specify that it would be really cool to have variety in the colour of the logo. Also, please try to make the lettering in general less dominant. I am realizing with the entries that come in that I want the image to be the most important part of the logo.
The good in this is that I love the font and I love that you are going toward an image dominated logo.
