Great work! #16 is my favorite. #4, #15, #6, #5, and #3 feel too fun, not serious enough (probably because of the musical note shape and the arrow).
With #16, I'd love to see a version without the musical note above the 'i'. Maybe less brighter colors too.
I like the logomark but the circular arrow symbol can't really stand on its own if I used it as an icon or avatar. By itself it would just look like a recycle symbol and people wouldn't recognize it as my company.
