I really like the overall look of this one best, I would just want it to have some apartment/video imagery. For the video element I think just having a triangle play button would work, you could replace the stars with that. And then if you can somehow incorporate an apartment building shape or imagery into it. This could be very cool with those additions. Thank you for your submissions!

center line is the letter M and the lines from both sides are letter F its abstract.

This design has letter M and F. If you rotate counter clockwise you will be able to see letter F.

I used the keywords - Trendy, Windows, Management, Colorful, Standalone. Maybe this isnt you are looking for but this came to my mind after reading some words of your brief :)
