The side angle does create movement, but I still think the letters are too trendy. Can you use a different font that is a bit wider and more elegant? Try one without the letters connected. It is too hip for us. ;-) The idea of the words being offset is interesting, but the 45 degree angle is too much.
Entry 156 is nice! Can you tweak the font colors a bit? I don't think the MSI pops quite as strongly as I would like it to. How easy would it be to frame the diamond shape with thin a silver lining? If you see some of the othr ranked logos, they have that in common and I think it adds to the elegance.
