May I ask you a question before I start on my submission.
When you say Hispanic Culture:
ideas that come to mind is quitar, dancing women, guy with a violin...

and for land, if I put in a spanish house...those traditional one...just trying to paint a picture before I start...
if you have any direction on that if not its ok...il submit shortly!

I like your logo but it feels like more of a restaurant logo or food product. I sell land to Hispanic families in Texas so the logo needs to capture elements of the Hispanic culture, Texas, pride of ownership, trust and quality.

Yes, brighter colors. Red, green, blue, white & yellow. Also needs to look good in black & white and grey scale.
