Here are few concepts you might find interesting! They are all pro-looking and simple/contemporary in appearance, but my personal favorite would be #65 and #74! Logo icon on entry #74 can also be incorporated within text part, by replacing letter "U".
Also, on entries #85 and #86, I've tried to cover both residential and commercial aspect of your work,...#86 migth be unique visual identity!
