This is so fantastic. A few more tweaks, if you could:

1. Logo on the hat should be round, and in red/ yellow, so it looks like this logo, but small.

2. Please make yellow more of a gold tone.

3. This is great! The face part is perfect. Can we see this exact design in red/yellow combinations?

Also, please change the font to something more masculine and construction looking.

Please also add some elements of brick, pavers or masonry to the picture.

Ballet girl was a nice touch, but she is not needed.

Lastly, please make the hat white and add a tiny logo on it (Mr. Landscape (like one logo within another one, duplicating your design.

Oh, and the web address needs to be larger.

And maybe an americal flag can be incorporated somehow?
