These are getting closer but still not quite right. I would like for you to keep the logo just like this #248 but remove the word estates from inside the circle. Then put the word estates out to the right of the circle similar to #42.

awesome! Can you make a version with the estates part out to the right with a fine underline. Keep the MR and the 3 "towers" inside the circle.

Instead of a square border, can you try a border with two concentric circles? The outer one would be bolder and then the inner circle would be a thin pinstripe.
