Can you add a third circle to the border? Try a thin inner circle, keep the dotted circle, and then make the outer circle a bit bolder.

fantastic, can you try a few different clean and conservative fonts. Also, can you make a version where the estates portion is outside of the circle to the right with 3 underlines of varying lengths going from longest to shortest or whatever you think looks best?

can you put this inside 2 concentric circles, the outer one bold and the inner thin or perhaps dotted to provide some texture.
