New treatment of Mr.... r joins b.
This makes it unique and memorable. And slightly quirky, again = memorable.

Adding additional elements does not improve the design — so I've looked at different embellishments. The position/relationship between the Mr and Barber is the key unique feature — it can get lost if there's too much else going on.
