Please remove "Structural Engineers",

unbold the "est 1965"

can you please try and make the orange box more like a "P", keeping the same height

but the "P" is now too big, and too tall.
please shorten as per the original, (just a tad taller)

shorten so that the lower horizontal of the P is removed

you are doing a great job.

and make MPN a thinner font

i think the boss also wants to remove Structural engineers

also make "est 1965" not a bold font

we love the boxes...but someone in our team has suggested that the boxes be drawn to look like mPn.
for example
1. the orange box - the line on left hand side, centre in the blue box
2. same orange line make a bit taller
3. remove orange baseline
4. remove grey base line
5. remove orange line inside grey box, and connect it to tall ornage line, to create a P

Hopefully this looks good? your thoughts?

Good Morning, we really like this logo design however we would like a few minor changes to be made.

1) Please add some colour.

2) Please add "Est. 1965" somewhere in the logo.

3) On a separate logo (please create an additional submission), can you change the line thicknesses in the icon to show that the middle building is behind the other two? Just to see how it looks.
