I like this a lot but it looks like there is an off centered spotlight on it. Can that be removed?

I like this logo but it looks too much like mountains at the coast which would be okay on the pacific but this logo is geared towards east coast. No snow caps on the east coast (Appalachian Mtns). Should be simple but sharp, colors and shapes geared towards luxury real estate.
