Would you be able to revise this to use a version of the newly provided image that we indicated that we have rights for? We MAY be able to use this one you already provided, but I'm not certain on that.

I make the logo not too detail, just for make sure that the logo will work in many material..
also when embroidering..
also will work in any background without change anything.

just want to make sure, is your reference image is own copyright? I make it as reference, so the picture is not perfect like your reference. if your reference image is own copyright I'll change it into similar with the picture..because if that not your own copyright that will be a violation to make it perfect like reference.
