The black background would look great on a tee-shit, jacket, signage and/or black business card but my letterhead and invoices will be on white paper

Ok, I've straw polled some friends and they all like this but are concerned about the black background. Can you mock one up on white and maybe make "Motorsports & Power Equipment" in Gold trimmed in either red or blue?
