#8 might have a little too much gradient. Don't take it down but maybe give me one more with a little less gradient so there is less white and more purple.
I really like #124 but the skull might be too scary for something people will consume. Can we look at another symbol that represents Something else? Maybe like this http://www.trademarkia.com/logo-images/chrome-hearts-llc/logo-77565697.jpg. You would need to modify it slightly as that cross belongs to another company. I think that could be a winner if you could do it!
Their cross is very different. I gave the idea of a cross in my brief when I listed the link to chrome hearts. It will be ok to create a cross based on the one i sent you.
Excellent. You have the best color, font and style. I think with that cross symbol, we may have the winner. Gives us lots of flexibility for different uses on our end.
That cross is pretty nice. My idea was to have it behind the logo in #109. The logo will then be used with and without the cross depending on use. The cross can also become an icon or avatar for us as well.
It's no different than your #174 but with the symbol I suggested in my brief. I appreciate your integrity but everyone took your initial layout to some extent. The point is all this direction came from the brief. Your designs are very different. Fonts, gradient, cross style, etc?
I know what you're saying, but unfortunately he submitted the "cross" behind the text first and that is what he will try to protect. I know from experience that it will definitely be an issue. I apologize for any inconvenience. And yes, that happens. Once something is ranked first, others start to follow. Unfortunately my 124 came a few moments too late.
If you would like, I can try to email Ivan at support and see what his opinion is as sometimes it is considered a common layout but the community will side with LK if it goes to a dispute and then I would be in danger of being removed from the contest and I am having too much fun to have that happen :)
I think it would be a good idea cause we have decided that we want a cross and that we want it behind our name. It was in our brief. We should not be forced to have to stick with just that design when it was in our initial brief. I won't ever use LT again if they limit our options like that. And it will be a shame cause I will end the contest and nobody will get the winning design. I think it goes against the spirit of this platform to limit my options.
It's cool but puts the logo off-balance. Cross needs to be centered and the only way to do that is putting it behind the name. While you await a response, why don't you send over a detailed image of the cross by itself so we can finalize it? We would like to close this contest asap.
Ok I will :) I submitted #192 with a slight overlap of the text and circle. Please let me know if you like that or would prefer the circle detached from the text?
