This is nice. I particularly like the way you made the PLLC smaller than the rest. The simple lower case letters of mlg are nice, and the subtle shading is spot on. I think, perhaps, that the blue clashes with the orange (unless you're a University of Illinois fan). Can you tweak the colors a bit and perhaps toy with the font that Morton Law Group, PLLC is written in. It's a good font, but it contrasts with the "mgl" a bit much for my taste. In all, nice work.
