ITs stil to "scary"

Here's one that is a little more care free and cartoon like. My #143 represents a man jumping, dancing (possibly jazzy) and snapping his fingers in a stylized design. Is it the silhouette that makes it scary? If you could pin point and be more specific as to what looks scary I will work on alterations if time permits in your contest.
