This is a cool design and communicates "smart" really well. Our focus as a company is on "reliable" and "available" more than smart, so probably a bad design for us.

What I like:
the overlapping circuits imply partnership or working 'hand in hand'
circuits imply tech

Improvements:
look at different circuit patterns to give more visual appeal
The font is okay but i would want to see improvements.

I like aspects of this. There is too much whitespace in the logo. Either make more compact, or thicker lines, or fill in the box.

please leave out the tagline. This is interesting if the 'network' in the rectangle could include an M shape hidden among the links, maybe? Or otherwise look more 'ordered' than 'random'.

I like a lot about this logo. Please drop the tagline. The type treatment is okay but maybe a bit more modern style to it would be good. Also, could you tilt the logo 45 degrees so the arrow pints up?
