I like the way the runners look a lot more now. I'm not sure I like the placement of the "First Time Marathoners" on the left, though. The "MCRRC" does not need to stay the same font as the "FTM" either. Could you play around with the font for "First Time Marathoners" and "MCRRC" a little? Maybe somehow place both of them on the bottom of the oval?
I still feel like the male runner looks a little boxy. Maybe his right arm is what is making him look that way, and I wonder if it would be better if his arm were a little further back to create some separation between his arm and his upper body?

On second thought, I don't think the trees are necessary. However, there are a few suggestions about the two runners. First of all, would it be possible to make the male runner a little thinner? Currently, it looks like he's wearing some sort of big backpack or something on his back. Also, there is a small white line on the woman's chest and on her right hip. Ideally, it would be great to have both runners look like they are wearing shorts and a tank top or t-shirt.
Also, if there is any way to incorporate the words "First Time Marathoners" into the logo without being too obtrusive or busy, that would be great! I'd prefer to have that instead of the trees, to be honest.
I like this as I do the one with the city scape, but we do most of our running in the suburbs of Washington, DC, which is mostly parks, paved trails, and trees, forests, etc. We may see occasional wildlife (e.g. deer, squirrels, raccoons, etc.). I would prefer to stay away from a city skyline since we are based the suburbs.
Instead of Baltimore, could you perhaps use some more generic park scene with trees and maybe just some rolling hills? A little background is that we are in suburban Maryland, and we run in local parks and trails that run through woods, etc.
The reason I like the other logo just a little better is because the runners are actually on the track. I go back and forth between the two, though. They are both very nice. Same comments about the mountains in the background, though
I really like this logo. I'm curious if there is a way to maybe try out something other than mountains in the background. We are location in Maryland, just outside Washington, DC and there really aren't mountains near where we are.
This is nice. I like it, but perhaps there could be two runners, one male and one female. Also, could the runner looks a little too much like a football player instead of a distance runner. If the runner(s) could have a slightly smaller build, that would be great.
