I like the concept of course. Try being a little more "playful" with the compass. I'm really looking for a happy medium between playful and serious. The guy that is ranked above you is more the direction i'm looking. I do like how you split up the M and the S as two separate colors too. It doesn't even necessarily have to be a compass. Just a sharp looking, but playful M or MS that stands out with a background or compass that looks nice.
