Too much focus here on the "M" without tying the initial to a theme (mobility or mountains). This covers #36-40.

Hi, thanks for your feedback and direction, here is my new revision #82 and #83, still using initial M for the icon, but now its very subtle, and I also put a subtle arrows on it to incorporate mobility theme. I hope you like this one.

thanks. the new designs look good. need to decide whether to go with the mountain theme or something more modern like your arrows, but the arrows are one of the best non-mountain designs so far. i also like your use of the non-traditional font on the arrow logos.
