The gloss/flare on the top is nice but can you flip the dot to the other side?

I am working on a few concepts , I'm just trying to make sure they are unique and relevant enough and not just another stock symbol easy to get from the internet. I'll upload as soon as I am done with them shortly.

Cool - but icon is a bit large. Can you also try with more smaller elements to make the M?

Nice, but we need the element to be larger. Also try similar concept with just a M shape with less of third angle to the ribbon.
