Changed the background like you requested and also made a few other improvements to the window and lower text. I have Increased the boldness on the Tagline so that it stands out more.
Let me know what window design you like best between #1 and #15. I can also custom make a window or house at your request.

Majestic, can you put #13 in the dark blue and also take the print from #15 and put it on #13. Right now I am favorable to #15 - I like the window change and think the tag line print flows well with MJL REALTY. Can you take the window background in #14 and #1 and change it to white with blue grills like #15.

Feel free to enhance the house to a different style and change the lettering just so I can see a different look

Vary good idea , I like the changes to the window also. Going from white to blue on the grills.
I will make a few more designs for you to choose from, should have them ready Tuesday night.

This design is hand drawn and somthing that stands apart from other real estate designs. I just threw this design in to give you somthing to look over. Also I have made changes to the text like you requested and will be more than happy to make any more changes that you would like to see.

Well Jim ? This is going to be my last design upload due to this contest raps-up in a few hours. I will check back in with you Friday night and see if I can make adjustments if you need me to do so. This contest closes at 1pm Friday (Central Time). I will not be back into the office until after 4pm that afternoon due to my day job.
It has been alot of fun and I hope that one of the many designs fits your needs.
When this contest closes we have time to refine your design to perfection and meet any design changes that you need done.
