But if you want to represent the oak, hospitality, real estate and storytelling is complex to be minimalist... too much concepts maybe make the logo "busy".... and there are not a way to represent all together with one symbol, because they are different concepts.

Not problem for the size, I sent some updates.
But about use a tree inside the O, that concept belongs to another designer and I'm not allowed to use it... anyway I sent some other options using my previous concept of the oak leaf for your evaluation.

I like the oak. I’d probably do @misterkasim smaller underneath to be more subtle. can you do some where you incorporate a tree intro the oak lettering?
