On Entry #32 Ranked 1st can you make the following changes:
1. Eliminate The two circles and Stretch the wording Mississppi Society of
2. Shrink the State of MS so it does not hit the bell of the stethoscope
3. The stethoscope: round out the corners on the ears and move it from the A in MSA so it is not touching the "A"
