An interesting concept with the icon that indicates learning but would be more practical if the book was on the left of the words and the overall layout was more horizontal and less square than the current concept … and in the more horizontal layout (I'm not a designer but maybe MIP at the top, conference below (in smaller font so it relatively left/right justified sort of the words User and Conference in the #2 choice above, and then the book/report icon to the left of both)
