Not sure I like this horizontal line

Really like the M. Can we do a few versions where the arrow M is not an angle. Also 1) arrow-M is on top 2) arrow-M is the first letter of "minority"

Can we make the "O" like the power symbol?

Can we try to make this non angular and front facing?

Really liked the separate design concept of the "M". Could you chance that to standard letter with no effects, and also experiment with the font of "Minority Capital"? Could you do a version where the "M" is apart of the word "Minority" and another version where it's separate like it is now? Thanks so much.
