I think there is nothing to add. The logo is legible and clear. You were right to remove the tree, the design made it easier to read, for example when reduced, easier to embroidery & engraving.
I like the text with this one.. could you make the “home pros’ more of an emphasis than Minnesota.. also could you get rid of one of the trees and make the star more of a North Star than a sun?
Could you move the words under the symbol and make the gap smaller between the yellow part of the symbol and the house.. I would also be curious to see what it would look like with the yellow portion green.
