I like the right side of the logo but not crazy about the image on the left. I'm looking for something a little more masculine. If you incorporate the UCM letters, please use them as they are in our logo to keep the brand consistent. Maybe the image on the left could be a little more emergency related - like a hard hat putting a spotlight on a medical symbol or something?
