Hi 6BPencil! Sorry, I've been out of town so just getting back to this. We LOVE this design. I just have a few changes to request.
1. Please remove the 1943 from the logo on both sides.
2. Can you change the medical alert symbol to be red with the snake? I've uploaded a sample in the contest information for reference.
3. Instead of "Alaska" can you change that to say "Coal Mine" I hope there's enough room for it, if not we might have to come up with another way to include either "UCM" or "Usibelli Coal Mine" into this design.
4. Can you make the "light" that is shining over "Response Team" to be more prominent? Similar to the other one you made with the blue and yellow design, #103.
My safety manager thinks this looks too much like the Pogo Mine logo that you can google (I think that's what you referenced earlier too). We don't want to look like copy-cats :-)
What if we focused more on the emergency team aspect of it and shifted away from incorporating wildlife? Maybe a hardhat shining a light on a medical symbol? I'm going to upload something we use for our safety program for reference to the contest information.
This looks great; I’m going to share it with my safety manager to get his input. Is there any creative way to include the medical symbol into the design?
