Can you make the MW smaller? More in proportion with the name. It seems to over power the name. Also, the MW appears to be like an arrow, "moving forward". Any idea what can be done to represent the same with the letters? Perhaps gradient colors or ???

Thanks. can I see MINDWORTH in #43 Italicized. I'm looking to see forward motion in the text. Almost like "\" angle.
