I really like your name Mind Springer. I think there is no need to search further for a different name.

My concepts include gears representing ideas and working together. I have incorporated them with and "open mind" both utilizing a stylized human head...and a lightbulb head.

As colorful and complex as these logos are..they are powerful in solid black as well. A must for flexibility.
