This design incorporates a group of 3 bodies and their heads are part of a circle of heads. Or it could be interpreted as being 3 heads and the other circles are like thought process - ie the 'Mindful' reference.

The 3 bodies also form a subtle "M" for Mindful.

A sans serif font gives a different feel - slightly less feminine but very modern and stylish. Sits well with the icon above too.

I've tried to make the whole design look "alive" with color positioning so it looks inviting and exciting.
