My submission for your review and consideration. The inspiration behind this came from MIndful, what immediately came to mind is the statue of the "Thinker" by Rodin. The icon will work very well as a standalone icon with out text

The Dot and Quill design represents the taking notes, writing down reminders etc. The circle represents a period and "Mindful Meetings period.

This are all great too! Can you add 'conferences and events' to #106 and #160. If I keeping it honest, #162 looks a bit like a paw print, although I know it is meant to be people at a table.
