Hi Thebomber,

thank you for your totally different style of design! What i like very much that the design transport "easyness" and a light feeling, because this is what we want to transport. I think red is not the best color for our mission. It's too offense.

What i could imagine is if the red circle would symbolize a cloud in a subtile way. A cloud could also be a stilized brain in the 2nd sight.

Another idea would be that the men is more in the middle of the circle and for that the arm with the arrow not so long.

Perhaps the guy could stand on another ground.

Thank you the new thoughts. #51 is nice and the brain that s.o. sees on a second view is cool.

And something is missing... It's a feeling. The character of our training lead people to more success AND passion in their job (whether new or same same). Get people out from being bored from job and life. Get the feeling of reaching more.... This feeling should people get seeing our logo.

Anothering I'm a little bit concerned is that those cliparts are very common and everything else than unique. And unique is what we do so this also sth. being reflected in the logo.

So it would be so great if you could come up with sth. Complete unique. Drawn by yourself and powering our idea of change and passion!

Is this possible? Any questions and although Ideas or concepts please let us know.

#59 leads in the right direction and still there should be more power in it.

with sth. I mean something which is can't be rebuilt by any logo designe software.

Could you please give us some variants of #61 with different style of people and poses and different backgrounds in the brain. One without the white line - just the bars. And one only with the white line and without the bars. And perhaps some other variants.

in advance: Perhaps different colors of the logo guy could be interesting. The current style is a little bit too dark.
