But it's look like the service delivering coffee fast.
I want the image people are gathering in cafe, talking and cooperating for the health problem solution.

I would be glad if you can combine images of "cafe", "people" and "health/medicine".
The last one might be difficult to combine... like "stethoscope"? "heart"?... could you imagine?
