Hey sorry I was ill for the last day or so and wasn't able to rank or give comments, here is the feedback:

1) we'd like to change 'Fashion' to 'Designs' or Design Studio

2) we'd like to see it with a white back ground
3) we'd like a dark mustard color

so I really like the look of this, maybe we can do something to distinguish the M and H without disrupting the look, perhaps some color? I'm not sure

we usually don't go for the generic logos, w/o a clear symbol, but THIS is a great look, I love the direction you're taking
