I don't feel like this conveys the intent. The "& Fairbanks Alaska" is not necessarily tied to the banquet, it's simply the location of the event. Not particularly fond of the 2 different colors in the "48th Annual". The word "Banquet" should be the same font and size as "Military Appreciation"

Any chance to add more elegance? This is for a formal banquet. I'm not sure I love the design on the state of Alaska.
