Okay great thank you! I'll get the files uploaded on here shortly. After those are approved I'll send you a bigger ZIP file that has all the other vector format versions you'll need to get the various promotional products and print materials made.
I'm sorry for not getting this uploaded last night, but here's the logo with Alaska added. Thank you and let me know if you have any more questions or anything!
Great! I'll get the additional Fairbanks Alaska text added and uploaded.
For your questions, yes getting vector versions of the different components is no problem. I can prep files for the etching, flags alone, and few different variations that will be good to have for the full logo, plus any other specific needs you mentioned. I can walk you through that whole process at the end of the contest. LogoTournament only allows two files to be uploaded, so designers usually send ZIP folders with all the various extra formats that are needed. Thanks!
We LOVE this design and would like to proceed with finalizing the look. Can we see this exact version, with the words "Fairbanks, Alaska" under the word "Banquet" in the same size and font style as the "48th Anniversary"
We also have a few questions as well as far as receiving different formats of the logo.
We will be etching this logo into wine glasses, without the flags. It will also not be in color. Can we receive a version that is black and white (outlines)? Also, can we receive the flags as individual images so that we can use them on the branding of the event. Would appreciate receiving all files in vectored format. Can everything be packaged when we receive the files so that we have access to the fonts, etc. We need to be able to isolate different design elements and be able to change the anniversary each year.
I really like it! The one thing I need to double check on is whether or not the US Flag needs to be on the left. I am 90% positive that it does. I think it could wave backwards which would mean that the big dipper on the Alaska flag would also have to be reversed. I uploaded an illustration in the briefing so you could see what I am referring to.
I still really like this look compared to the changes made in #31. The flags in #31 look strange. Maybe the flags could be on poles that cross each other OR perhaps the US Flag above the Alaska Flag on a single pole? If we could leave everything the same as far as the rest of the design, with the exception of deleting "the Fairbanks Chamber's Annual" and replacing that with the "48th Anniversary" from below.
I made the changes you requested and also tweaked a few things so it didn't look as complex. I can always add something back if you like, I just thought this was cleaner and put the emphasis on the right parts.
Is this what you were envisioning for the flags? Thanks!
Thank you. Yes I'll get those changes uploaded shortly. I may do a few variations just to make sure one of them captures the flag layout you're looking for. Thanks!
Thank you for your work on this. Could we see a version that eliminates the red and blue art at the top and add the american flag next to the Alaska flag, both slanted in opposite directions but meeting at the bottom? Also, could you delete "The Fairbanks Chamber's Annual" text and replace it with the 48th Anniversary text from the bottom?
