I do like this design, maybe a little bit more color. I like logo's that really stand out. The lines above the cross that look like the sun rays, if you could make those yellow. Maybe make the est 2024 in crimson red, and a couple of the others had a hint of red accents that really made the logo pop if you could work something like that in also

The shading of this one is really nice. I like the est 2024. In your other logo you had the baby blue lines across the bottom I am not sure if it would be to busy but between this and the other one like it there could be a happy medium
