ON #72 can you add that seperating line in grey and add "When Service Matters" with a slight angle in solid black and make the word "AND" in small case.
then on #72 make the words 'Taxi and Livery' in solid black with a grey line beneath and the words on an angle 'When Service Matters" in grey.

Interesting logo on 227. Can you delete the tail, but leave the red arch. Put a matching arch in red on the bottom. While at it fatten or lighten the typeTaxi and Livery AND 'When Service Matters'

I don't know what solid silver means, because I thought that the colors I used so far "made" a solid silver impression. But I changed the number of colors and their brightness. I hope you like it. Everything RED is 100% pure red.
