Per your request, I rotated the logo symbol in 180 degrees and you can see it in #65. Also, using the same graphic, I rotated back just the internal icon element, so it'll look as a real letter M and you can see it in #66.
#67 is also very similar but decided to clean the icon a bit to give it a more distinctive shape and positioned it over the text, so you can feel how the composition will stay when centered aligned. #68 has the same icon but in negative. Hope you'll find the revisions closer to your expectations and I look forward for your next feedback.
