"Transitions" in a cursvie font and gradient coloring to illustrate forward movement (transition/growth).

Thanks, I love the forward movement look of the lettering. The tree is interesting but wondering if you can provide a few more options - a bit more serious (career-oriented) or slightly tone down playfulness.
