Entry #2 - Maybe softer (?) 'A', not as bold. And can I see it with the colors reversed - i.e. blue Mid, green Atlantic.

I like #18 - can I see something with a more horizontal crossbar on the A, a more purplish purple (i.e. less red/magenta), and start "Diabetes and Endocrinology Associates" under the lettermark and make it darker
