Hello — I would like to give you a bit of background on the design: the icon with text layout has certain benefits in that the icon can work to the side of the text in certain applications such as website. The icon can also be used on its own for a profile image in social media or online directories. Also, if you do anything like embroidery of your logo on uniforms, the icon is an instantly recognisable visual, and memorable too.
