Hi Dennis,
Great ideas. I really like the arrows in the M, but I prefer to see less curved letters and more blocky or stylized shapes to the font. I especially like #48 as a starting point.

I also like #49 for the stylized 3 offset to the "MC" but with the same comments as before about the font.
